Everyone Struggles, Keep Going.

One of my favorite quotes that I have stood by for a while is "if you put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and life.  There are no limits.  There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there.  You must go beyond them." -Bruce Lee.  Whenever I am in a tough place mentally, I always revert back to this quote.  It really puts a lot of things into perspective for me.  Limits aren't a thing, they are just roadblocks.  You have to find ways to push past those roadblocks.

Introduction

 Hello, My name is Alexis Garrison.  I have created this blog for my social media class that I am taking this semester.  This blog is going to have information on ADHD mainly in children and college athletes and how it is linked to mental health issues.  This topic is really important to me, my whole life I have grown up with focusing issues and it has really been a struggle.  Now being a college athlete, I want to make people aware of these issues and how show badly people are affected by ADHD.  Being a college athlete is stressful on its own, but now with remote learning it is even more difficult.  My main goal with blog is I want people who are struggling with ADHD to know that they are not alone.  It may be difficult but rocky roads lead to beautiful destinations.  I hope to change just one person's life and make them feel wanted and loved.  It is not easy to deal with issues and sometimes people just need an outlet to go too.  ...
